Aspects of Being

In our quest to realize the things we cherish, Truth, Love, Light, it can seem so easy to be waylaid by what is commonly and blithely called 'The Real World'. Spiritual aspirations are often compelled to take a back seat to our immediate needs and wants, and by the demands and expectations of this enthusiastically driven culture, leading us to trust that these things are truly an end in and of themselves.

While the marvels and wonders we encounter (often of a material nature) are indeed enthralling, captivating, and enchanting, all of these things will without a doubt pass, being merely a moment in time, while simultaneously being manifestations of our creativity and imagination...

Studying and accepting this reality can expand our perspective and transport us out of the microcosm of our often besieged existence, granting us glimpses of something infinitely larger. This does not mean that our lives are inconsequential! Rather, it will come to pass that when we realize what we are participating in, our goals and efforts may then be guided by our hearts.....

I once fancied that I rested in this Life when possible, and looked for God. Now, I rest with God when possible, who helps me look at this Life....
 
 

How easy t'would be, benign and kind
to fall in love with Love
both heart and mind ~
But what this world most teaches
is not to grasp past its reaches
and so to its own majiks become blind.

Still,
remember these wonders, 
although grand and wide,
are merely a blink and a trick of the eye.
T'is Soul Light will guide you
to the Truth:
And Truth lead you to
what you need to find.
