Teresa Dunyati-Long (formerly Hawkes -- name changed after divorce) is a mother, storyteller poet, visual artist, dancer, moving meditation teacher, and doctoral student in Neuroscience currently living in Oregon. 

She is Irish Celt by genetic heritage (with some Cherokee, English, and German thrown in for good measure) and was born September 17, 1956 in Swindon, Great Britain. She founded the Oracular Tree in 1997.
